CKRC’s primary focus is on working with suppliers across the Industrial Base, predominantly in the Aerospace and Defense sectors, to uplift their performance. CKRC takes a systems-level approach, performing in-depth assessments of supplier’s operations, diagnosing and resolving root causes of supplier underperformance through the execution of well-defined, structured improvement projects. We bring neutrality and our proven operational and business transformation acumen to bear, leading to reformative capability, reliability, performance, and competitiveness improvements.
CKRC seeks subject matter experts that share our passion for uplifting the performance of the Industrial Base with the skills and expertise to execute plans, strategies, and projects to transform the performance of businesses across the Industrial Base of the USA, or overseas, if required by our customers. Though team members need not be experts in all of the listed disciplines, they must share CKRC’s passion for relentlessly driving performance improvements throughout the Industrial Base and have an exceptional work ethic and critical thinking ethos to solve the complex challenges that our Customers face. Team members must be adaptable to ambiguity and expect to be involved in a myriad of diverse projects.
