Site Planning and Relocation
Relocated 550 employees from a jumbled legacy automotive tier 1 manufacturing facility to a greenfield site for the machining, welding, assembly, and painting of power transmission assemblies. Designed the layout of 10 value streams and material flow with 110 machines including a fully robotic paint line.
Led the workforce planning, training, and migration while supporting 5 OEMs production systems with zero delivery interruptions in daily shipments of 10,000 CV joints and driveshafts.
