Supply Chain Consolidation and Improvement

350 suppliers down to 225.

With the primary objective of identifying SKUs suitable for consolidation, this initiative reduced fully landed product costs and centralized suppliers for more efficient management. Several tools were employed, including analysis of location, part count, cost, and complexity. The project successfully transitioned select parts into distribution, implemented resourcing strategies, and introduced a consolidated sub-tier kitting process to optimize operations.
